Job summary

As a Registered Nurse at Cornwallis Care, Frances Bolitho Nursing home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You will have the autonomy to deliver excellence across everything that you do, and you will be truly valued and respected by the team.

Main duties of the job

  • Creating personalised care plans
  • Meeting the clinical needs of our residents and supporting/ mentoring the care team to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Medication administration, storage and ordering.
  • Adhering to NMC guidelines and company policies.

About us

Frances Bolitho Care Home is located in the grounds of the Polwithen Estate in Penzance. It has 33 nursing and dementia nursing beds, and a separate annex that serves 12 residential dementia beds. Bolitho Day Nursery is just across the garden from the Care Home, and offers intergenerational activities throughout the year.
