(MHWS) is dedicated to mental health wellbeing and advancing treatments to aide
clients in their recovery. Given our
rapid growth we require a HR and Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role
would suit someone with some experience of working in a HR administrative role.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing
efficient, timely and comprehensive administrative support in HR and Payroll.
This position is responsible for maintaining employee records and providing
senior-level administrative support. The aim is to ensure efficient and
effective HR processes, contributing to the overall success of the department
and wider service. Importantly you will have excellent organisational skills with
the ability to work collaboratively in a team. You will be comfortable with
producing complex documentation and you will be able to handle confidential
information with the utmost discretion.

Employee Records Management: Keep our HR database updated with accurate and timely information, ensuring data integrity.
- Documentation Preparation: Craft and process essential HR documents, including employment contracts, job descriptions and onboarding agreements.
- Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate a welcoming onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and orientation is scheduled effectively.
- Seamless Offboarding: Assist with the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and processing terminations with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize interviews, HR meetings, and company events, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and staff.
- Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing
- HR Correspondence: Manage the HR inbox, promptly addressing queries and providing exceptional support to employees.
- Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
- Team Liaison: Liaise with the Services wider team of mental health Practitioners, Managers and Administration Team
- Data Monitoring and Reporting: monitor data such as sickness and holiday. Prepare metric reports. Respond to ad hoc data requests with accurate and timely information.
