Job summary
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator to join our team at Lifestar Medical. Ideally you will have at least three years administration experience.
The post is both interesting and varied and requires someone to show initiative and work as a member of a team. Applicants should have a responsible attitude and be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
Main duties of the job
The main purpose of this role will be to assist in all administrative aspects of the company. This may involve helping the daily co-ordinator, the finance administrator and the business manager. please read the job description for more information.
The administrator will have responsibility for:
General office management.
Supporting coordinators and management with day-to-day communications.
Responsible for the companys social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
