Job summary
In this pivotal leadership role you will be the driving force behind Prometheus' growth. You will identify opportunities, win new contracts and secure our position as the trusted partner for secure transportation and complex care services.
Main duties of the job
- Developing and implementing business development strategies to expand our client base and market share
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for service growth
- Leading tenders, bids and contract negotiations to secure favourable terms
- Creating targeted marketing materials and campaigns that enhance brand recognition
- Representing Prometheus at industry events and positioning the company as a thought leader
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and market insights to the leadership team
- Mentoring and managing the business development team to achieve strategic goals
