Job summary

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the services (PSS/PCC) by coordinating and optimising workflows, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and assisting in the execution of operational tasks.

Main duties of the job

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Service Delivery Coordinator works closely with various departments to ensure the efficient delivery of services, compliance with company process and policies, and continuous improvement in operational processes.

1 Strategic Operational Leadership

Operations Support

Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure processes run smoothly across different departments.

Monitor ongoing services and address any operational issues that arise, working with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly.

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of operations, ensuring resources and staff are allocated effectively to meet service demands.

Maintain accurate records of operational activities, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible for reporting purposes (Connect team, PERMS and any other required system)

Coordinate production of operational data to support the processing of time sheets and invoicing
