Matthew's Hub are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to join our small but wonderful and supportive team. Do you have patience, empathy and commitment and are a team player then we would love to hear from you.

The role is 20 hours per week a combination of office and home working.

Interviews will be held Monday 1st September 2025

Main duties of the job

Provide administrative support to Matthews Hub Business Manager and Training Team including all related support for Oliver McGowan (OM) training schedules and having a person centred approach that meets the needs of co-experts with lived experience of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) & Learning Disabilities (LD) who support the delivery of Oliver McGowan training.

Ensuring administrative processes are in place to deliver services efficiently and effectively.

Job Role/Purpose:

Provide administrative support to Matthews Hub Business Manager and Training Team including all related support for Oliver McGowan (OM) training schedules and having a person centred approach that meets the needs of co-experts with lived experience of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) & Learning Disabilities (LD) who support the delivery of OM training.

Ensuring administrative processes are in place to deliver services efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Training Team Support

o Supporting the booking and organisation of workshops & sessions, including creating bookings & contact details via Ticket source, Teams and Zoom as required

Oliver McGowan (OM) training support

o Training scheduling & venue organising

o Maintaining attendees database

o Booking co-experts for lived experience training with partner organisations

o Confirm travel arrangements and payments for co-experts

o Manage general calls/emails relating to OM training

Creation of certificates for all training

Managing training surveys and feedback

Assisting Business Manager with weekly and month end reporting data

Monitor and update staff training requirements

General office duties as required

The post holder will work within Matthews Hub policies and procedures including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection, Equal Opportunities and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.

The post holder will be thoroughly acquainted with the position of fire extinguishers, escape routes and the action to be taken in case of fire.
