Job summary
At Medicare Insourcing Services, we seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our existing Service Delivery Team as a Trainee Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with our valued clients and healthcare professionals. Working in tandem with our Recruitment and Compliance teams, you will be expected to deliver outstanding results. To be successful in this role you will need to be methodical, organised, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Main duties of the job
You will be trained up to deliver the below responsibilities:
- Full client management from implementation of new contracts to frequent review meetings.
- Rota Management including contingency planning.
- Clinical staff management.
- Logistics.
- Problem solving and issue resolution.
- Champion business improvement.
- Identifying additional solutions for NHS clients.
- Soft cross-selling.
