Job summary
Medicare are currently searching for a Compliance and Onboarding Assistant to work alongside and support Medicare's Recruitment and ComplianceTeam.
You
will be responsible for assisting Medicares Recruitment and Compliance Managers
with attracting clinicians, obtaining relevant registration documentation, and
maintaining existing compliance documentation while providing an excellent
level of service.
The
post holder will live company values and effectively communicate with stakeholders
over the telephone, email, and face to face.

Job responsibilities
Onboarding
- Growing the internal talent pool as per
business demands.
- Talent attraction via, Networking,
Search, selection, and social media.
- Be first point of contact for new
clinicians and manage expectations.
- Communicating with candidates
(responding to applicant queries, updating them on application status, etc.)
- Assisting with the attraction and
recruitment of healthcare professionals.
- Managing the end-to-end Onboarding
process.
- Always Upholding a high level of
customer service.
- Scheduling and completing telephone
interviews.
- Working very closely with the service
delivery team.
Compliance
- Start the compliance process of new
recruits: identity verification, right to work in the UK, references, training
and DBS clearance.
- Maintain existing compliance, including
visas, criminal record checks and refresher training, reporting on
non-compliance in good time and taking necessary corrective action.
- Assisting the Compliance Manager in
ad-hoc projects working across the department.
- Chasing for missing information from
candidates or their referees.
- Ensure accuracy of any staff contracts.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of cleared
clinicians and clinicians with outstanding compliance.
