0900-1730 shifts available throughout the week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
One of our clients is looking for a Physician Associate with 1+ years GP experience to regularly locum with them during the week. Mixture of teleconsults and face to face appointments.
Experience
We are looking for Physician Associate's who have completed the MSc/ PGDip in Physician Associate studies and have gained 1+ years of experience within Primary Care.
Salaried/hourly rates dependant on experience.
This opportunity will be offering excellent rates of pay and will open up access to >40+ sites across Greater London.
We are looking for PAs with experience keen to work over various locations.
Salary dependent on experience.

Applicants must have graduated from a UK PA Course and passed the national examination.
They must also be registered on the PAMVR and eligible to work in the UK.

Main duties of the job
The Physician Associate will work within their scope of clinical practice and provide first point of contact care for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems, utilising history-taking, physical examinations and clinical decision-making skills to establish a working diagnosis and management plan in partnership with the patient.
Undertake face to face, telephone and online consultations for emergency or routine problems, as determined by the Practice, including management of patients with long-term conditions. Participate in all treatment and preventative healthcare services in the Practices as delegated and agreed by the supervising GP(s), for example, Learning Disabilities Annual Health Checks.
The successful candidate will also undertake medical histories, carry out physical examinations, update records, make diagnoses, analyse test results, triage patients, and deliver treatment as appropriate. Working to a professional code of ethics you will be able to demonstrate flexibility in the role, and have a calm and caring attitude towards patients.
