What we are looking for:

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a ICU Nurse Fellowship to join our ICU Department with a FTE salary on offer of £37,000.

This is a Monday to Sunday, Days/Nights/Weekends role, as per the service requirements.

Cleveland Clinic London are pleased to announce an ICU Nurse Fellowship which aims to help address the shortage of critical care nurses in the UK (United Kingdom). The programme targets early-career nurses with critical care career aspirations via an immersive 6-month Fellowship which includes both classroom and direct care modules.

This advertisement reflects a fixed-term 6-month post, during which period the Nurse Fellowship post holders will be paid a pro-rata annualised salary of £37,000, in addition to the full benefit package available to CCL (Cleveland Clinic London) caregivers. Post completion of the programme, Cleveland Clinic London guarantees a job offer for each successful graduate, which includes enrolment in an external university supported Critical Care Course.

  • Expand skills and knowledge in critical care practice in order to provide direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Prioritizes nursing care, recognises deterioration in a patients condition and escalates to the site team/clinician immediately.
  • Evaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
