Contract type: full time & par time hours available (24 to 48 hour contracts) , must be flexible days and nights
Rate: £21.78 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing provider in a brand new home!Join us as our new Registered Nurse at Woodside Place care home in Telford.
When open, Woodside Place will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities. The new home will open August 2024.

Main duties of the job
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- assessing, planning and providing person-centred nursing care for the people we support
- the safe administration of medication
- promoting health and wellbeing
- being the Nurse in Chargeof a small unit whilst on shift
- managing situations when people display behaviours of concern
- promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect.

acuity needs in 40 complex needs care homes.
Woodside Place will have 33 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across three units. With this small group living, weve found were able to provide a homely and supportive environment thats more responsive to peoples needs. People will get the nursing care they need, and be able to stay closer to their loved ones
