Job summary
Outpatient Networkare seeking an experienced Consultant Urologist to join our clinical team delivering high-quality elective urology services as part of our NHS insourcing programme. The successful candidate will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients requiring urological procedures, supporting our partner Trusts in reducing waiting times and improving patient access to care. Main duties of the job
Provide consultant-led assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients requiring elective urological procedures.
Perform a range of day-case and outpatient urology procedures, such as cystoscopy, TURBT, TURP, and minor scrotal or penile surgery.
Ensure safe and efficient perioperative and postoperative patient care.
Work collaboratively with NHS partner staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services in line with local governance and clinical protocols.
Participate in clinical audit, outcomes reporting, and quality assurance processes.
Adhere to all relevant GMC, NHS, and company governance standards and policies.
