Job responsibilities

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Audiologist to join our ENT insourcing clinic. In this role, you will perform comprehensive audiometric assessments for patients prior to their consultations with ENT specialists, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations of hearing health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of audiometric tests.
• Accurately interpret test results and prepare detailed reports for the ENT consultant.
• Provide preliminary assessments and recommendations based on audiological findings.
• Educate patients on hearing health and the importance of timely assessment.
• Collaborate with ENT consultants to ensure integrated patient care and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with clinical guidelines.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• AHCS or HCPC registration
• Hold a substantive post in the NHS

Desirable

• 2 years experience of working in the NHS
