Overview
ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Head of Post Diagnostic Services (Including Prescribing) to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one.

ProblemShared is a remote business, and we have no central office. As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment and have a reliable internet connection. What the job involves

- Maintain Governance, patient safety and quality, working in close collaboration with the Clinical Governance and Risk Division
- Workforce planning and resource management
- Working closely with the COO and Business Manager to ensure Clinical Ops processes are efficient and effective
- Scaling the team sustainably in line with the needs of the business
- Client experience
- Performance and operational oversight
- Line management of Clinical Leads, and support prescribers in training
- Driving collaborative working and clinical effectiveness across Clinical teams, working closely with Operations to ensure a joined-up Client experience
OPERATIONALISING CLINICAL EXCELLENCE:
- To implement measures to improve clinical effectiveness and support assurance for all regulated and non-regulated clinical activity in line with CQC requirements.
- Implement and monitor outcome metrics across clinical services
- Work in close collaboration with Clinical Risk and Governance Division to implement and iteratively refine ensure tighter KPIs and clearer reporting
- Work closely with closely with Chief Clinical Growth Officer on clinician training and development, and the implementation of new service lines.
- Deputise, when required, for the Clinical Director, working closely with the Medical Director, and Clinical Leads to ensure the clinical robustness of processes, adherence to protocols and the further development of monitoring and reporting systems to ensure safe practice is always our key priority

- Extensive experience leading a similarly complex clinical service, e.g. NHS community service, Hospital Setting, Private Healthcare provider
- Experience of managing large clinical teams and individual performance where concerns about individual practice arise
- Experience of working in a constantly changing environment
- Experience of managing a fast-growing service
Skills:

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders both 1:1 and in presentations.
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Team player and proven leadership qualities and experience
- Ability to manage a large and diverse, homebased team
