The role

You will be part of a close-knit, innovative team delivering an exceptional diagnostic imaging service. At the heart of patient care, youll build relationships with all the hospitals key departments, and our consultants across many specialisms. Whilst providing exceptional clinical care, youll also track, process and manage images in RIS and PACS, perform audits and assist in booking in patients. But at its heart, this role is about playing a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of your patients.

Fitzwilliam Hospital is one of Cambridgeshire's leadingindependent hospitals witha reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services since 1983. The hospital is situated in the quiet landscaped grounds of the Milton Estate in Peterborough and has 54 singlebedroomsand 1 twin-bedded room, all with en suite facilities. The hospital provides services for both private and NHS patients.

By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers astate-of-the-art range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures such as spinal surgery, arthroscopy, hip replacements and knee replacements

What youll bring with you

• Diploma or degree in diagnostic Radiography

• HCPC registration and evidence of post registration development

• SOR IV cannulation certificate desirable

• Sound written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

• Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services

• Ability to participate in on call rota and work evening/weekends as required
