The role

We're looking for a passionate Theatre Healthcare Assistant to join our Theatre Team. You'll care for each patient as a unique individual. Our busy Theatre Department relies on your support to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes. You'll be valued for your skills and expertise and have opportunities to develop, as our people are our most important asset.

Where you'll be based

Oaklands Hospital is a modern facility offering surgical and medical treatments to private and eligible NHS patients. Our experienced consultants and nursing staff prioritize your care, with a doctor available 24/7.

If you have bone and joint pain needing a scan, surgery, or physiotherapy, our expert team is here to help.

What you'll bring

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
• 2 years experience as a Theatre HCA (desirable)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Highly motivated
• Adaptable to changing environments
• Flexible approach to duties
