Ramsay Health Care UK seeks a Head of Clinical Operations to lead clinical operations at Buckshaw, Euxton Hall, and Fulwood Hall Hospitals. This strategic role involves setting high clinical standards, enhancing governance, and ensuring compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards.

As the Head of Clinical Operations, you will lead Fulwood Hall, Euxton Hall, and Buckshaw Hospitals, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while improving clinical standards and compliance.

You will also serve as the Registered Manager for Fulwood Hall, ensuring CQC compliance and excellence in governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple sites.
• Enhance clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks as Registered Manager.
• Inspire clinical teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Drive operational efficiency and service optimization.
• Collaborate with Hospital Directors and medical leaders to meet strategic goals.
• Support growth and innovation aligned with clinical priorities.
• Promote accountability and professional excellence.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Senior clinical leadership in acute settings.
• Experience in multi-site operations or large hospital services.

• Healthcare professional qualification preferred.
