Key requirements include: current GPhC registration as a Pharmacist, Clinical Diploma or equivalent experience, management experience, familiarity with electronic stock control, policy development, safe medication practice, audit experience, and incident investigation. Participation in a rotational schedule and support for the Pharmacy on-call rota is required.
