What you will bring:- Strong clinical background in acute surgical/medical care- Professional clinical registration (NMC, HCPC, GPhC) with no restrictions- Senior clinical role experience with external stakeholders- Surgical environment experience- Clinical governance, budget management, and supply contracts experience- Ability to monitor and manage resources effectively- Experience leading clinically based projects- Develop relationships with key stakeholders (ICS, GPs, Consultants, Suppliers)- Proven leadership and team management skills, ensuring CQC compliance- Understanding of legal and professional care standards- Competence in monitoring clinical services- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills- Decision-making and initiative- Passion for outstanding care- Flexible and positive attitude
