• NMC/HCPC Registration
• Theatre experience in Orthopaedics
• Warm, considerate, empathetic character
• Commitment to support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and emotional needs
• Ability to make decisions and use initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for delivering excellent care in challenging environments
• Flexible, positive attitude
