What you'll bring- Strong clinical background in acute surgical/medical care- NMC or HCPC Registered- Significant senior clinical role experience- Surgical environment experience preferred- Clinical governance and budget management experience- Ability to monitor and manage resources- Experience leading clinical projects- Develop relationships with stakeholders (e.g., Integrated Care Systems, GPs, Consultants)- Proven leadership and team management, ensuring CQC compliance- Understanding of legal and professional care standards- Excellent communication skills- Decision-making and initiative- Passion for outstanding care in challenging environments- Flexible and positive attitude
