Your commitment to developing high-quality evidence-based acute care, along with your drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and resilience, will be essential.What you'll bring- Strong clinical background in acute surgical/medical care- NMC or HCPC Registered- Significant experience in a senior clinical role- Surgical environment experience preferred- Clinical governance and budget management experience- Ability to monitor and manage resources- Experience leading clinical projects- Develop relationships with stakeholders (e.g., Integrated Care Systems, GPs, Consultants)- Proven leadership and team management skills, ensuring CQC compliance- Understanding of legal and professional care standards- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills- Decision-making and initiative- Passion for delivering outstanding care in challenging environments- Flexible and positive attitude.
