Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career? We're looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Sister to join our dedicated team at Clifton Park Hospital. This is your chance to lead, mentor, and make a real impact on patient care while working in a supportive environment that values your expertise.

In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver exceptional standards of clinical care to surgical patients

  • Support and guide your team, fostering a positive and forward-thinking culture

  • Take responsibility for the department in the Ward Manager's absence

  • Contribute to service development and innovation across the perioperative pathway.

What you'll bring:

  • Current NMC registration

  • Strong clinical competence and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Flexibility to cover on-call duties
