Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapy Technician to join our friendly and dynamic team at Fitzwilliam Hospital. This varied position combines clinical and administrative duties across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

37.5 hours per week (full-time, 5 days per week, with some weekend work)

Main duties of the job

  • Supporting physiotherapists on the ward with orthopaedic patients.
  • Assisting in post-operative rehabilitation classes.
  • Supporting physiotherapy pre-assessment clinics.
  • Carrying out administrative duties to support the team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience as a therapy assistant or in a hospital/caring rehabilitation environment, and is perfect for those wishing to broaden their skills or progress towards becoming a Physiotherapist in the future.

Training & Development
  • Structured in-service training programme.

  • Support for candidates wishing to follow the apprenticeship route into physiotherapy.
