Bank Physiotherapist Inpatient Orthopaedics - Fitzwilliam Hospital - Bank Hours

The role:

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist in inpatient Orthopaedics.

The successful candidate will join our Therapy team at Fitzwilliam Hospital offering weekend availability on a regular basis to include flexible week cover as required.

You will be part of a friendly, highly motivated team of therapists working within an MDT delivering rehab and discharge planning for post operative orthopaedic patients.

You will be responsible for assessing, treating and clinically managing patients who have undergone orthopaedic surgery, following protocols and creating treatment programmes to achieve a successful discharge.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the provision of physiotherapy in the acute orthopaedic setting; excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow and develop people and services around them.

Essential

• HCPC Registration

Desirable

• HCPC Registration

Experience

Essential

• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy with relevant MSK experience
• Current HCPC Registration
• Current member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office
• Proficient in running relevant post op and other classes required by your line manager
• Minimum one year experience in in-patient orthopaedics
