The role will involve nursing care for patients having a wide range of surgical and medical procedures including orthopaedic, cardiac, ENT, urology and general surgery.

The successful candidate will join our highly motivated, energetic and forward thinking team which constantly strives to maintain excellent standards of patient care and customer service in line with our mission statement and values. The role will involve nursing care for patients having a wide range of surgical and medical procedures including orthopaedic, cardiac, ENT, urology and general surgery. You will have recent acute hospital experience with the ability to demonstrate both verbally and practically the key issues for excellence in practice. Newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply, as the Duchy Hospital is keen to develop personnel demonstrating the right work ethos. There is no requirement for working night shifts or bank holidays, so this vacancy is ideal for those looking for a work/life balance. Up to full time hours are available, however flexibility to work part time is available upon discussion. In return we offer
