Job summary

As a private hospital the role will assist in monitoring and responding to our customer feedback and lead on monitoring a range of governance, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety activity, supporting the Head of Clinical Services (Matron) in delivering the quality agenda across Woodthorpe Hospital.

Main duties of the job

Developing and implementing clinical best practices, policies, and procedures Reviewing data on quality of care measures, such as infection rates and readmission rates, to identify areas for improvement. Providing assurance on our compliance with CQC regulation, ICB quality agenda and NHS(E) initiatives and national requirements.

Quality Improvement Manager Woodthorpe Hospital - Nottingham Full Time 37.5 Hours Per Week We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Improvement Manager to provide support to the management and clinical team at Woodthorpe Hospital. The role This role is at Head of Department level and is varied and interesting in scope to include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Reviewing data on quality of care measures, such as infection rates and readmission rates, to identify areas for improvement.
