Main duties of the job

You will be part of a close-knit, innovative team delivering an exceptional imaging service. At the heart of patient care, you'll build relationships with all the hospital's key departments, and our consultants across many specialisms. Whilst providing exceptional clinical care, you'll also track, process and manage images in RIS and PACS, perform audits and assist in booking in patients. But at its heart, this role is about playing a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of your patients.

  • HCPC registered a member of the Society of Radiographers
  • Strong experience in X-Ray
  • Experience with all plain film imaging including fluoroscopy and theatre work.
  • Knowledge of radiation protection and patient safety.
  • Ability to work as part of a small team.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • An excellent knowledge of diagnostic imaging service delivery with a passion to deliver a high quality service
