Job summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated customer focused Physiotherapy Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. You will ideally have experience in administration skills and have a proven ability to organise, adapt and prioritise tasks. Experience within healthcare administration will be an advantage.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to deliver a first-class service to our patients and support your colleagues in other areas during busy periods. Excellent communication, computer skills and attention to detail are therefore essential for this post. The role will be based at The Cherwell Hospital but will also include remote administration duties for Blakelands Hospital in Milton Keynes.

Physiotherapy Administrator The Cherwell Hospital, Banbury Full-time, 37.5 hours a week Shift pattern: Monday to Friday The Cherwell Hospital was purpose built in 2006 and has been designed to combine an exceptional standard of patient accommodation with the technical equipment and facilities that modern medicine demands. It is a 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility predominantly specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. The Cherwell Hospital is part of the Ramsay Health Care group and provides clinical care to private, insured and NHS patients.   • Booking appointments
  • Coordinating with physiotherapy and administration colleagues to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Preparation of clinics to maximise efficiency
  • Organisation of meetings and minute taking
  • Assisting with department stock control
