Job summary

We are now inviting applications for the post of Sterile Services Technician. This is a full-time position and is based at Ramsay Sterile Services East Midlands in Kettering. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have already worked within the field of Decontamination of re-usable medical devices for at least 2 years, or who have completed a recognised decontamination course (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate).

Main duties of the job

Performing the full decontamination cycle on re-usable medical devices (surgical instruments) to the highest of standards, in line within all Ramsay policies and procedures Participate fully in quality control processes ensuring procedures and documentation is completed accurately at all times

Sterile Services Technician Ramsay Sterile Services Hub East Midlands 37.5 hours We are now inviting applications for the post of Sterile Services Technician. This is a full-time position and is based at Ramsay Sterile Services East Midlands in Kettering. We recently opened a new Decontamination Hub in Kettering in April 2023 and we are looking for staff to be part of this exciting new development! The new purpose built State of the art unit will provide an efficient Decontamination service to 9 Ramsay Hospital sites and will be operational 24/5 with weekend cover. We are open to discussing flexible working patterns. A full training program will be provided. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have already worked within the field of Decontamination of re-usable medical devices for at least 2 years, or who have completed a recognised decontamination course (NVQ/TVQ/Technical Certificate). For those looking for progression we offer training and development including the opportunity to undertake the IDSc Technical Certificate. We are looking for people to develop their careers with us, so if you feel you need to move forward with a fresh start, come and meet the team for an informal visit.
