Job summary
Modality LLP is a
large-scale provider of NHS and private Outpatient Services, renowned for its
innovative approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring
specialist care, leading to high-quality patient outcomes. We work in
partnership with a number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively
redesign outpatient services, with more care being delivered in community
settings. We also deliver private care for patients with private medical
insurance and self-pay patients.
We are seeking an
experienced and dynamic Medicines Management Lead to provide strategic
leadership and expert guidance on all aspects of medicines management and
pharmacy services across our services.
The role is suitable for
individuals with extensive knowledge and experience of hospital and
community-based pharmacy services.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing our medicines optimisation strategy, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across our specialist services. This role will also extend to providing input into governance, contracting, and business development initiatives across the organisation.
Please note that we are seeking a full-time candidate who is open to a hybrid working model. Attendance across our community, hospital and head office locations will be expected at least 3 days per week.

Our service offer and expertise include:
- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
- Delivery of over 160,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week
