Modality LLP is a

Modality LLP is
seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our growing private
healthcare team at our Caterham clinic. The role will initially be a zero hours
contract, providing ad hoc receptionist support. You will be the first point of
contact for our patients providing a warm welcome, managing appointments, and
supporting the smooth day to day running of the clinic. This is a great
opportunity to be part of an innovative organisation known for delivering
high-quality, patient-centred care. Salary for this role is £23,874.88 - £26,397.29 per
annum WTE.
This job is suitable for

high-quality service is provided. The postholder(s) will be committed to undertake
any other duties commensurate with the role, within the bounds of their own
competence.

Main duties of the job
Greeting
patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Maintaining
the clinic environment.
Managing
appointment bookings and clinician schedules.
Handling
telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously.
Supporting
with backoffice administrative tasks.
Maintaining
confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and CQC standards.
Youll pay close attention to the on-site environment and support the smooth
running of all clinics by meeting and greeting patients in a friendly and
professional manner, supporting operational teams with issues and queries,
delivering administrative duties and, most importantly, ensuring that all
patients/clients have a positive experience of Modality LLP services.
