Job summary
As one of the UKs largest providers of community-based
Outpatient services, Modality LLP is looking to develop its in-house
physiotherapy services that will support Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Pain
Management patients across NHS and private services.
Our community outpatient services manage a wide-range of
conditions that would otherwise be referred to secondary care. Our team of
consultants, GPwERs, specialist nurses are able to provide patients with rapid
access to specialist opinion from a choice of locations across Bromsgrove, Sandwell,
Walsall and Birmingham. This role will primarily be based across our outpatient
and theatre facilities in Bromsgrove. This role will support the continued
growth of these services, enabling patients to receive a wider range of
treatments within the community setting.We are seeking dedicated

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the physiotherapy
team and deliver support to patients within these specialty areas, providing
effective and timely caseload management, supporting patients in post-operative
care, developing appropriate packages of care, giving specialist
clinical/professional advice to patients, carers and other health care
