* To work under direct or indirect supervision of the nursing staff, providing assistance with patients' overall care and safety

Main duties of the job
Key Duties:
*To assist with the maintenance of patient safety at all times.
*Assist in delivering a high standard of holistic care to patients, recognising their individuality, and promoting privacy and dignity.
*Assist with patient hygiene, elimination, mobility, physical comfort, eating, drinking, whilst observing and reporting specific changes.
*Perform and report clinical observation of patient's including respiration rate, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and fluid balance.
*Observe and report changes in patient's condition to named nurse/ nurse in charge.
