Main duties of the job
The Theatre Scrub Practitioner will work as an integral member of the surgical team, delivering high-quality perioperative care to patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures. You will provide skilled assistance to surgeons during operations, ensuring the safe and effective management of instruments, equipment, and sterile fields. This is a patient-facing role requiring professionalism, technical expertise, and collaborative teamwork. You will work on a rotational basis across all our operating theatres as required, gaining exposure to a broad range of surgical specialties and contributing to the flexible, efficient delivery of surgical services
