Job summary

The eRostering Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and optimisation of TLC's electronic eRoster system, ensuring efficient, safe, productive and cost-effective staffing across the hospital. This pivotal role supports the alignment of workforce planning with both operational needs and clinical demand

Main duties of the job

The eRostering Delivery Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the system, ensuring rosters are accurate, timely, and in line with hospital policies and workforce standards. A key aspect of this role involves building strong, collaborative relationships with managers and departmental leaders across the hospital. You will work closely with them to understand service needs, offer expert guidance on rostering challenges, and support the development of innovative workforce practices that enhance flexibility, staff well-being, and patient care.

We're looking for an experienced eRostering professional to lead the hospital-wide rollout and optimisation of HealthRoster at The London Clinic, a leading independent hospital based in Marylebone, at the heart of London's medical district. About Us: Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest independently owned non-profit hospital, with state-of-the-art facilities located on Harley Street. We have circa 1200 employees, a total of 8 premises, and we are dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise. Our main hospital spans 8 floors comprising of 234 beds and 10 theatres. Other premises include, The Duchess of Devonshire Wing (Cancer Centre), The London Clinic Eye Centre and 4 premises providing consulting room suites and diagnostic services. Job Profile: Job Title: eRostering Delivery Lead Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days onsite) Benefits package:

This is not a technical or administrative role, but one focused on driving system-wide change, improving rostering practices, and leading the full adoption of the platform across the organisation. Key requirements:
  • Expert user of HealthRoster and associated modules
  • Proven experience leading system delivery or optimisation in a healthcare setting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Confident using data to support change and inform decision-making
  • Collaborative approach with experience working across clinical, operational, HR and finance teams
  • Must be able to work a minimum of three days onsite per week, with increased presence expected during the initial phase of the role
