Health Concierge Coordinator

Job summary

We have an exciting new opportunity within the Health Concierge team to join The London Clinic, based at our main hospital site in London (W1G 6BW). We are offering a competitive salary.

Main duties of the job

* Supporting the Head of Client relations in administering bespoke pathways. * Serve as a contact for VIP patients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. * Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate all aspects of patient appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling as necessary, with a focus on accommodating their busy schedules. * Medical Services Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and medical staff to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of care. This includes facilitating appointments, diagnostics, and treatments. * Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Arrange and manage travel, transportation, and accommodation for patients attending medical appointments or procedures. * Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Escalating to the Head of Client Relations where required. * Support the day to day administration ensuring timescales and quality standards are met. * Responsible for data entry, ensuring CRM is updated, reviewed and maintained daily relating to the Health Concierge services. * Support Head of Client Relations in providing daily / weekly KPI reporting and ensure tight financial process controls
