Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Radiotherapy Practitioner to join our Radiotherapy team. Based at The Duchess of Devonshire Wing (Cancer Centre) W1G 6JA, with a competitive salary range of £34,714- £44,458 on offer, dependant on skills and experience. As Radiotherapy Practitioner you will support the radiotherapy service through the clinical and technical delivery of all radiotherapy tasks from referral to follow up.

Main duties of the job

* Implement safe and accurate high-energy radiotherapy treatment to cancer patients adhering to radiotherapy protocols and procedures * Provide a continuum of care requiring complex technical skills in localisation, planning and dosimetry, technique development, verification and management of treatment processes. * Quality assurance and control tasks as required insuring high-quality patient treatments and care. * Work within a multidisciplinary team providing a high-quality radiotherapy service
