Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Manager to join the Endoscopy department at The London Clinic. This role is based in our Endoscopy department at 20 Devonshire Place located in Central London close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations.
Main duties of the job
* Support a culture of continuous quality improvement, evaluating standards of care and leading in the implementation of changes and nursing development. * Supervise, teach and mentor the nursing staff, along with arranging training and mandatory study. * Act autonomously and be accountable for specialised clinical practice taking opportunities to sustain and improve knowledge and professional competence. * Utilise advanced specialist clinical skills and experience to carry out specialist care on patients undergoing endoscopy in a safe and effective manner. * To have an in-depth knowledge of JAG and able to support staff and service leads in how to maintain JAG standards ensuring hospital and JAG Governance standards are aligned * Lead on the daily, safe efficient running of Endoscopy service to meet JAG accreditation yearly requirements.

As Clinical Services Manager for Endoscopy you will practice at an expert clinical level and exercise high levels of judgement, discretion and decision making in clinical care, provide clinical leadership, expert practice and knowledge, integrating research evidence into practice.
