Sciensus are currently looking for a Registered Nurse in Cambridge. We are looking for a talented, patient focused clinician to join our fantastic team working in partnership with Cambridge University Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of the patients home. Main duties of the job

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering one to one care in line with the patients needs, whilst maintaining professional standards and following the relevant care plan. Deliver effective and high quality nursing care to patients in a home environment to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or to prevent unnecessary admission. You will be building lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders and patient support networks to aide and support patients treatment and recovery. Accurately document all patient care and clinical observations to provide real time data to assist with long-term goals of the business and the patient.

A full UK driving licence is essential as regional travel will be required to visit patients at home.
