Sciensus are currently looking for a Healthcare Support Worker in Redhill. We are looking for a talented, patient focused clinician to join our fantastic team working in partnership with Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of the patients home.
Main duties of the job
You will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering gold standard care.The role involves working under the direct supervision of a registered practitioner, to support patients in their own homes with personal care, wound care,answering patients queries and supporting service delivery logistics.
In essence we are looking for candidates who are dedicated to offering outstanding professional patient care, its at the heart of what you do.
As this is a regional role travelling to visit patients in their home setting, it is crucial that you have full UK driving licence.
