Priory Hospital Cardiffis looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Managerto join the team. Our Shift Pattern is: 07:45 - 19:30. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week.

NHS by offering low secure services for males and females with a personality
disorder, a learning disability or a mental health diagnosis. Care is provided
across three bespoke therapeutic placements (BTPs), each offering specialist,
tailored treatment in the least restrictive environment possible.

- The ideal candidate will hold active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and meet all Revalidation requirements. They should be a trained Assessor or Supervisor, with essential experience in clinical supervision and a commitment to ongoing professional development, including maintaining and enhancing their clinical and leadership skills. Strong computer literacy is required, along with at least 18 months to 2 years of post-registration experience. The candidate must also demonstrate expertise within their clinical specialty and possess excellent communication skills.
