Job summary
Priory Hospital Bristol are looking for a Registered Mental
Health Nurse in Heath House Lane, Stapleton, BS16 1EQ. The salary for this role
is between £34,900 - £37,227 plus enhancements, a £5000 Welcome Bonus and up to
£3000 relocation support.
Priory Hospital Bristol is set in extensive grounds in the
suburb Stapleton, just off the M32 and less than three miles from the centre of
Bristol with free parking onsite.
Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division
of Priory Group and has 77 beds over seven wards varying from Eating Disorders,
Acute Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingdons and Dementia. Priory
Hospital Bristol is rated Good by the CQC.
Main duties of the job
As a Mental Health Nurse you will be working within a team
that includes a range of professionals.
You will be required to provide high quality care within a
locked, specialised mental health medium secure/low secure and rehabilitation
and recovery setting. The patient group consists of Personality Disorder,
Learning Disability and Enduring Mental Health Illness.
As a Mental Health Nurse you will provide direct care and
interventions to Patients/Service Users, without direct supervision and
co-ordinate the care given by colleagues. You will use your skills and
experience to deliver high quality, safe nursing care ensuring consistently
high standards of practice and clinical experience which comply with the
Nursing and Midwifery (NMC) Code

You will need to be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN. Experience in a mental health service or a similar setting is desirable.
