Priory Hospital Roehampton is looking to recruit a Family Therapist to join the team. This is a full-time/37.5 Hour role.

Main duties of the job
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
- Deliver specialist systemic assessments and family therapy interventions for patients and families within eating disorder and general mental health inpatient services.
- Facilitate single-family sessions, multi-family groups, and carers workshops using evidence-based systemic models.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to contribute to formulation, care planning, risk management, and discharge planning.
- Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic support to families to enhance understanding, improve communication, and promote recovery-focused outcomes.
- Maintain professional registration (e.g., UKCP/AFT), uphold high standards of clinical documentation, and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
