Job summary
Located in London, in a peaceful and secluded part of Southgate, Priory Hospital North London is set within a striking Grade I listed building, overlooking beautiful parklands.
It's one of the UKs leading centres for the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated mental health nurses, consultant psychiatrists, therapy assistants, therapists and psychologists to deliver high-quality evidence-based care and improve the long term outcomes of our patients.
- Provide occupational therapy to inpatients on the acute inpatient wards, on a group and individual basis.
- At least two dedicated days working within our national specialist obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) service.
- Support with the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualised treatment plans, particularly in activities of daily living (ADL) assessments.
- Contribute to safe and effective discharge planning.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to Therapy Assistants to ensure the delivery of consistent and effective patient care.
- At least two dedicated days working within our national specialist obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) service.
- Involvement in MDT and ward round discussions and meetings.
