Main duties of the job
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
- Deliver evidence-based CBT and integrative therapeutic interventions to adults and young people, including comprehensive assessments, clinical formulations, and clear treatment recommendations and plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy both in-person and online, while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, risk assessment, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, GPs, schools, and other relevant professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care across services.
- Contribute to the development of the clinical team by sharing skills and learning within CPD meetings and engaging in regular supervision.
- Support the future development of the service by helping to deliver outpatient group therapy for children, young people, and their parents/carers.

Due to the demand for appointment times outside of school hours, we are ideally looking for the successful candidate to be available to work from 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm three days per week.
