Job summary

Our Chelmer Ward and The Lodge provide private general psychiatry and addiction treatment services. We support individuals experiencing mental health crises related to psychosis, mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and trauma. Our multidisciplinary teamcomprising experienced consultant psychiatrists, specialty doctors, mental health nurses, and therapistsdelivers person-centred care in partnership with patients to maximize their recovery journey.
Main duties of the job
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using CBT and integrative therapeutic approaches tailored to patient needs.
- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
- Support patients with a range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
- Monitor patient progress using outcome measures and adjust interventions to maximize recovery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development and training.
