Job summary

Priory Hospital Solihull are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to join their team.

This role offers a salary of up to£37,992 to £40,455 + £5000 Welcome Bonus and enhancements.

We offer a positive environment to stabilise the symptoms of mental illness, and develop positive self-management and independent skills for a successful discharge into the community We have a dedicated Occupational Therapy service offering real working opportunities and pet therapy, amongst many other benefits within our monitored programme.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

  • Registered nurse RMN with active NMC PIN with 2 years post qualifying experience for Senior Staff Nurse
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
  • Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
