Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a 111 Clinical Team Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be split as 0.8 FTE (30Hrs) CTM and 0.2 FTE (8Hrs) Clinical
This is a team leadership role responsible for effective management and professional leadership of a clinical team to deliver safe, high quality, effective patient-focused care with performance in the top quartile nationally.
Main duties of the job
To achieve this the post holder will develop, support and performance manage their team to deliver against operational efficiency, quality and governance standards, promoting a positive and productive culture, working collaboratively as part of the 111 contact centre network.
You will be required to follow a programme of learning and development, which will enable you to achieve and maintain the required service competencies.
The role is part of the 111 Management Team.

- Registered Nurse or Registered Paramedic with current registration
- Degree level or equivalent qualification / equivalent level of experience

- Significant post registration experience at a senior nursing / Paramedic level in a multi-location, regulated contact centre setting
- In-depth professional knowledge and experience from a range of nursing discipline across services, with at least 3 years' experience in clinical triage
- Experience of developing and implementing governance frameworks to support service delivery and service change
- Strong background of people focused leadership with excellent engagement and retention results
- Ability to think and plan strategically, tactically and creatively, and to prioritise in the face of competing demands
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; has the capacity to analyse highly complex problems in a logical and structure way
