Job summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dynamic Band 6 Streaming Nurses to join our teams in various locations across the South region. Applicants will work primarily in Streaming and will play an integral role in clinical decision making, ensuring that patients are assessed promptly and directed to the right place for their healthcare needs.

Main duties of the job

As a Streaming practitioner you will work alongside a wider team of ENPs, GPs, HCAs, ECPs, and operational staff to deliver unscheduled care to patients that present with complex and/or chronic illness and injuries.

You will undertake assessment of wide array of patient presentations to determine which clinician is most appropriate for the healthcare needs of our patients. We have full or part time positions available in each of our services across our South region:
